On the home page of our website there's a listing of all
the TundraSolutions.com Preferred dealers. Visitors can
use that page to quickly locate the Preferred Dealer in their area.
Registered forum members are also shown your dealership contact

Who can be a TundraSolutions.com Preferred Dealer?
The program is open to any authorized Toyota or Scion dealerships only.

As part of the preferred program, dealers will receive unlimited
customer leads from our members and non-members shopping for a
vehicle online. Many people come to TundraSolutions.com looking for honest car and
dealer reviews, and they use that information to make an informed
decision about their next car, truck or SUV purchase.
Is our Dealership charged for leads?
The Preferred dealer program costs $25 per month billed $300.00
annually, which is a fee
to advertise as
a preferred dealer on TundraSolutions.com. Any leads you
receive are simply a bonus for advertising. You are not
charged for individual leads and we do not sell our leads to anyone.
Is TundraSolutions.com affiliated with Toyota?
Representatives from Toyota do frequent our website but we do not
currently have any partnership with Toyota Motor Sales.
How many customer leads can we expect to
receive each month?
Dealers on average can expect to receive anywhere from one to a
dozen customer Leads each month. The Preferred Dealer program was introduced in March
of 2004, and customer Leads have been increasing
exponentially since then. In addition as our website
becomes more and more popular traffic continues to increase, which
equates to additional lead generation.
Do Preferred Dealers receive more website traffic than non preferred
dealers?

What will happen if we choose not to be
Preferred Dealer?
Those dealers who choose not to be preferred or are
simply not advertisers with TundraSolutions.com and will not generate many customer
Leads from TundraSolutions.com. Your dealership will simply
be listed on the dealer listing
with general dealer contact information only.
How do we sign up to become a Preferred Dealer?

How do we get billed for the Preferred Dealer
program?
You can either have a credit card automatically billed annually for the program or you can have a
invoice sent to your dealership and pay by check.
Can I have the customer Leads sent directly
to me?
Yes, you can have the customer Leads generated by
TundraSolutions.com sent directly to your personal e-mail inbox, or
anywhere for that matter. You can let us know where you would like
the leads sent, and you can always change it if you like. Lead
emails can come in either text or XML formats and can be parsed by
any lead management system.
Can I unsubscribe from the program if I am
unhappy with it?
Yes. The preferred dealer program is non-obligatory, so you
can always cancel without any penalties if you are unhappy with the
service. All we ask is a 15-day cancellation notice.
After that period, your dealer will become non-preferred and you
will not be billed again. You can also subscribe to the
service again at any time.

Dealer program you can optionally become a reseller of TundraSolutions.com to new customers. We have learned that customers

need to know is who will be your dealership representative in our
forum so we can add their name to your dealership profile.
Here's an example of what a dealership profile looks like for
San Francisco Toyota. If you click on that link you'll be
shown their dealership profile. Notice the line "This dealer
registered to our forum with username 'SFTundraMan'
at 12-15-2006 and was last online at Today". You see
SFTundraMan' is the representative for that dealership and
customers in his group will contact him when they're ready to
purchase a new vehicle.
