If there is mold in the carpet then take it out and take it to a laudromat that has one of those big front loading circular washers that costs $4-5 per load. Wash the carpet in cold water with some laundry detergent then put the carpet in the laudromat dryer. Of course, removing the carpet will require removing the seats and seatbelts which involves considerable work. Disclaimer: the above procedure has worked for me in older Toyotas. But the newer Toyotas could be more complicated due to possible sensors or electronics inbedded in the carpeting or seats, etc.
