Similar thing happened when I brought my 04 in.
Mine came on after assessing an electronic problem and can be easily resolved by bringing it back in. They'll be able to reset it. It shouldn't cost you anything, nor should it take more than a couple minutes, as it was caused by the visit and the programming you had done. Don't know if they plug it in to their code reader to reset or if they undo the battery for 5 minutes to reset. Might want to ask and save a trip if it is just the battery method.
