Once you push it to expand it you can practically fit your hand thru it, but when you let it go it grabs the wires really tightly. It's called techflex or something like that. You can also get it on
ebay for decent prices from seller named furryletters.
I bought some from him and found their 3/8" over expand heat resistant and fray resistant one to be nice.
