I'd have to say get the WARN 12000 lb winch at least for the 07'. I have the 9.5xp on my 03' Tundra just because I wanted less weight up front and faster line speeds. If you ever got stuck in the 07' or wedged in an incline/hill in muck/mud just to the sidewalls the 9.5 series winches are going to be stressed to the max. Its goin to be similiar as being stuck to the hubs making the truck have 2x's the resistance (suction) around the mud making it seem like a 11,000 vehicle. Here's info on recovery and explanation on grades and the resistance to pull.

I brought my weight down to 60lbs over 89 lbs on the 9.5XP with the 100' steel wire and steel rollers. Its 44 lbs. for the the winch itself, 7 lbs. for the HD synthetic
Winch Rope, ATV Winch Ropes, 4X4 Rope, MASTER-PULL 3/8" 85' rope and clevis with Delrin rollers and the powdercoated fairlead weighing in at 9 lbs over 15 lbs with the 4 Steel rollers.
I would think you could shave 50+ lbs off the 12K or 15K WARN winches by doing the same thing and having a very strong and light setup. My 3/8" HD synthetic rope has a breaking strength of 26,500 lbs, the HD synthetic rope in7/16" diameter is 40,000 lbs Breaking strength. I say get the 3/8" for the 07' Tundra in 125' length being its plenty stong already over the same 3/8" ( 14-16K lbs breaking strength ) steel wire provided for the 12 or 15K WARN winches.
