This design is well over 40 years old and a known performer.There is
NO PACKING in these,their
NOT GLASS PACKS !!(all steel)
I used this style mufflers(GMMG) with a Direct-Flow Lid and put down 24 RWHP on my 01 LS1.Ported the TB and combined the total went to 27 RWHP
all for less then $1K.
Overall they compare to nothing else on the market,much cleaner sound then FlowMaster,Borla and MagnaFlow.
No droan @ 70 mph.
