The paintless guys do an AMAZING job ! for hail damage they sneak a long flat tool ( looks like a looooong screwdriver ) with a curved tip under the headliner and find the damaged spot. They then "work" it by massaging the metal until the bump is gone. They can do 4 like yours in about an hour or so, unless it is in a tricky spot like on a "A" pillar or such.

Somebody dented my brand new TUNDRA's door after about a week of ownership. I was mad as %#$$%^& as you can imagine. The local PDR guy fixed it in about 20 mn. You cant see where it was now.
