I have heard lots of guys having the vibration, not doing anything about it and ruining their driveshafts over time.
P.S. i dont have the TRD kit, but lowering is lowering when driveshaft is involved

I am not sure if they adjusted the carrier bearing or not. Although I got up under the truck and loosened the carrier bearing and it slid slightly to rear own its own maybe a 1/4 inch and I then tightened back up. The vibration is still there. Do you know what the process is to adjust the carrier? I spoke to Lithia this morning and I am scheduled to drop the truck off in the morning, but the vibration is so slight I am not sure how responsive Lithia will be.

Thanks for any information...
