Go over to the same dealership and ask if you can get tow mirrors installed. Tell them you are leaving on a camping trip tomorrow and can only do it if they can put them in today. If they say "yes" then you have to figure out whether or not they are offering to install your neighbors as new. If so, then you have 'em on two counts - selling used tow mirrors as new and reselling stuff that they took off from the previous guy. Tell them your neighbor is will be calling back to get his tow mirros. It's a dirty trick but they have to do something even more dirty to get caught.
