I did get mine mounted up underneath the handle, it works really good, too bad I can't use it.
I am in Afghanistan, been here for one month, on a 15 month tour, my last one. I miss driving my Tundra, in smooth roads without anything to worry about, hehe. On a side note, about 80% of the vehicles here are Toyota, no Tundras, but a lot of the new Hilux (Tacoma with a steel bed) with the 3.0 Turbo diesel/auto transmission, biiiiiiiiig torque.
