Hey Kid. I live in NW Arkansas and have been dealing with toyota of fayetteville. they are not bad. A friend of mine went to the rogers Ar. toyota dealership for a tire rotation and they did not tighten all of his lugs. He had to sit in there parking lot and replace the broken studs on a saturday in the rain so he could finish his route. The dealership told him that the shop was closing and they could not get him in that day. He has not been back. Landers auto pasrk (where toyota of fayetteville is has been very good about handling problems like that. They even replaced my sisters new pilot when their carwash scratched it up. They also activated my tundras alarm after the sale for free.
