Yes, but unless those systems have become way more efficient recently, all through the years various engines running on propane got about 3 MPG less than it would on gasoline.

Rereading your post I see you're talking about adding propane to a gas engine, sorry I was referring to the 100% propane conversions. (Still can find how to delete a post here)
