Default Re: Tundra MPG's

many of us, are true & real. 14 to 18 is more realistic.
and other claim 20 to 24mpg with V8 4.7
well we all can't be right. or can we?

i get 14 to 16 depending on how i drive.
but thats mostly city. 90% city 10% highway.

as i said, many are starting to give in to the higher prices. it's either food, on the table or gas in the truck.
if you don't need the truck for work, honestly, get rid of it, and buy something that gets 35mpg.
it's only going to get worse. gas price's

i said it before, if you live at home with mommy & daddy no big deal.

but if you have a family with kids and there is no need for you to own this truck, get rid of it.

it's your money, take the extra money and apply it to a college fund for your kids.

think of your family instead of yourself.

my kids already have full college funds, and mostly everything i own is paid for.
but for many of you, that work for someone else, and if 1/3 of your check goes to gas, your nut's. & if it's more than that again your crazy.

take the loss, and start thinking of your family, it's your money and your family.

if i had to make this choise ,i would sell my truck.
it's only a truck! even mine, with all the items i added, it's a truck, not your family.
my 2 cents,
gorilla
