OK, Thats 1 Dyno test, big deal.

If you take the same truck and dyno it in 3 different states, you will see 3 different numbers.

What type of dyno was it, what were the conditions. There are so many variables, that you can't base you opinion off of 1 article or 1 test.

Clearly, you don't know very much about dyno's or how they work.
