Those swirls will come out very easily, dont lose any sleep over it. If that passed the quality inspector's test before it left the body shop, you might want to consider another place to have it fixed. Ask the body shop to pay for a professional detailer to polish that out. Or maybe at least split the cost with you.
Again, that can be fixed by any pro detailer. Shop around and dont be shy about asking for references. Most good detailers keep a good list of clients and a fat photo album
