I bought the Turtle wax polish from wal mart for like 5 bucks, just did my hood. Oh boy oh boy is it tough to buff off... Especially in the dark lol, ended up just QD the rest off and then a coat of wax. Will have to see how it came out tomorrow.

Oh yeah I went back to the body shop and told em about the swirls, the guy was like oh yeah we machine polished it, just wash your car and all of it will be gone. And he said he can wipe it down with a terry cloth real quick. I was like uhm no, thats more swirls if your not going to properly wash it first. Then I just left.. That shows how much they know about polishing and detailing. And them polishing is just swirls galore, i don't get why they polish the repaired area if they're gonna mess it up.

And for the complimentary wash it seems like they just get a dirty sponge and start wiping it down without rinsing the truck first, and imagine how many cars they wash a day using that same method and sponge. Also looks like when they dry it, they just get a dirty rag and wipe it down not even drying it completely.
