Take it to service writer and tell him the repair is unaceptable and let them scratch their heads, do this 3 times because District rep will get involved once it comes back for the 3rd time and then talk to Dealership PR Rep and ask them do i have to file complaint with corporate or will yall let me take it to a body shop to get it fixed correct! That's when Toyota Rep will get involved but probably will not go that far but sometimes they are hard headed! Good luck and keep on them or they will blow you off!
