quick question about claying and cleaning. i have been slacking all winter and my truck's finish needs some help. which do i do first? i'm planning on usuing Meguire's paint cleaner, and clay bar...but i'm not sure which should be first. i will be hand applying both the cleaner and wax.

also: would there be any benefit to removing wax with a buffer, other than speed? i'm usualy "hand only" but am going to put at least two coats of wax on and am anticipating a very sore arm. thoughts? help appreciated.
