I've got a 2002 with about 68000 miles on the ODO. I own it outright now.
I drive about 9,000 miles/year. If I were very lucky, I'd probably be able to sell the truck for $8,000 in MA (probably a trade-in value deal). After all that was over, I'd have to buy a Honda Civic or something like that for $25,000. Then I'd have to buy new racks to carry my kayak, and figure out how to carry big stuff (probably by renting a trailer which the Civic couldn't even pull). Then my back would hurt from getting in and out of the little Honda, so I'd be shelling out for extra massages.
Candidly, selling the Tundra would put me at the top of a slippery slope to financial disaster (although the massages would be nice
).
