Right. You just need the standard fog light relay. It's about 20 bucks. It goes in the fuse panel by your left knee (in driver's seat). Then, you either need the turn signal stalk with the foglight switch, or you need to get a switch yourself and hook it up to wires 10 and 11 in the connector to the turn signal stalk. Searching this forum should give you a step by step. You don't need to run wires through the firewall, Toyota's already done that for you.
