Default Re: Dynamat vs. FatMat

I noticed our local roofing supply store carried heavy rolls of a sticky butyl based roof liner. Makes me wonder if Dynamat Extreme, Damplifier Pro and RAAMmat might be custom labeled versions of widely available butyl based roof liners. Guess I should order some RAAMmat for comparison.

I used Peel & Seal roof liner a few years ago in a Corolla and it smelled a bit for only 2 weeks. But it was very thin so required 2-3 layers and after using so much it wasn't such a terrific bargain afterall.
