Default When to get concerned with ODO miles?

My '02 Sequoia Limited has approx 74,000 miles on it and I am wondering if I should be getting concerned about the mileage approaching 100,000? Perhaps this may be just a naging feeling I have left over from past days of owning GM trucks....this is the 1st high mileage Toyota I have owned. I bought it Certified Pre-Owned with 58,000 on it in 2006. My wife, kids, and I take 1500 mile roundtrip road trips about 5 times a year to visit family around the country, and I was wondering if I should put some of those miles on our '06 Tundra which only has 24,000 on it, however, with our two young children and all of their gear, the Seqouia is more convenient in many respects.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
