well went through arbitration and they did nothing. toyota won't step up to the plate and say that they are FALSE advertising with the "antichip paint". They will say yes they are rock chip or road debris but the fact is that the paint is crap. Also they fail to tell you that the blue and the yellow paint has no I said NO clear coat which makes it softer yet. They said that it was just a design flaw that is why so many chips are happening. We have a 95 white 4 runner and it has 2 chips. Also it has 140,000 miles. Seems as if their customer relations has gone to the wayside
