A few things, not mentioned, that could improve mileage: remove roof rail crossbars to improve aerodynamics, Also remove bug deflectors and vent shades (if installed).

I've slightly overinflated my tires (a few pounds over vehicle recommendation), removed 3rd row seats, added the cold air ram mod, and worked on my driving technique. I'm considering removing the factory hitch (I've used one time in 4 years) to reduce a more weight.
