Well, I don't know where you mentioned that a bolt on supercharged tundra was excluded..? But yes with a CAI, Longtubes, Exhaust, and a programmer Its all lined up for it to happen. with the 18 inch stock steel wheels, and weighing in at 5,000 lbs it will take about 575 hp to the flywheel (pretty good estimate) to run a 12.3, and with the above mentioned mods that may be dead on or a little conservative. I'm just saying I'd be willing to bet on it. And the ford lighting weighs in at almost 4700 lbs curb weight and I've seen plenty that arent much past the 500rwhp mark doing low low 12's highs 11's. I'm also quoting the times that would be ran where I live in Central FL where im right at sea level, so take that into consideration.
