Got them from this Dallas dealer, they are one in the same as Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories wholesale to the public.. Only problem they shipped them and broke them the box was bent, they gave full credit, so I went to a local dealer and paid $30 for one side instead of $55 for two on line.

When you remove them use a thin screw driver (protect the paint by taping the end of the driver) between the molding and the door to start a separation, till theres enough to grab, then go at it by hand.

This trim is so annoying to look at, had I known how easy it was (I searched the net for instructions and nothing) I would have replaced mine long ago.
