Remove headlamp housing,remove any bulbs and metal clips that are sometimes found on the housing, then bake in oven 200 F, separate lens from body carefully using a prying tool.. then clean and remove debris from inside. Then use a silicone sealant to reattach together.
The only other option is to buy a new or another used one.
