Get the touch up paint and fix the spots. That will help keep them from getting worse or letting rust get started there.

If you have blobs of paint from the touchup, you can try some Langka Blob Eliminator to smooth out the spots. It's not cheap but it works as they claim if you follow the directions.

I've used it on several of my vehicles over the last few years and been pleased with how they turned out. The paint may not match perfectly, but it'll be close and look better than rust spots or blobs.

Oh, but don't let the Langka get too cold as it will go bad. My bottle got left in my garage over the winter and I had to throw it out and get another bottle.
