Is there then no other connections or sensors tied into this wire between the speed sensor and the combination meter behind the dash? If this is the case then this seems to be a much better location to tie into the wires then in an area outside the cab more exposed to the elements.
Really, what I am asking is does the tie-in location described in these instructions allow the TruSpeed Recalibrator to correct not just the speedometer, but also the odometer, fuel delivery system, ABS function, etc.?
