Yeah, it could be a bearing, but those bearings aren't a servicible bearing. You just press out and press back in.

ALSO you have to be really careful when they are pressed out, you can damage that RCD knuckle really easily when pressing out the bearing. I damaged one of mine when we were pressing out the hub to do a manual hub conversion. I had to order another from RCD and I was down for 2 weeks.
