WOW, That's a good deal. I just traded in my 04 with 60K on it and the dealer gve me $16K for it so $13K for an 05 is a steal even with the issues. I would start on the hood problem with a local parts store like AutoZone or PepBoys. Both should have standard size shocks, just make sure they fit before you buy them.
As far as Floor mats go, Even though I hate
ebay, that is a great place for floor mats either used or new.
