Default Re: Michelin LTX A/T2 or LTX M/S

Thanks for all the input guys. It was a real toss-up but in the end I had to admit to myself that I just don't go much off road (despite my best intentions). So...I went with the LTX M/S. I poured through the reviews on Tirerack but even there I couldn't draw many solid conclusions of which tire is better, although the M/S reviews reflected many, many more miles driven than the A/T2 by virtue of the A/T2 being relatively new to the market. I was fortunate to find a Costco tire technician in the Rohnert Park store who took the time to explain the technical nuances of the tires, and his opinion was to go with the M/S. In light of my type of driving and type of problems with my Toyos, I think the M/S will be the way to go.
