Halfway through 2nd gear would be about 55 mph, as 2nd gear tops out about 63-65mph when it shifts. Do you mean halfway through 3rd?

could be,really didn't pay any attention as you can see the road is very short so i was paying attention to the braking distance i needed......
all in all it is FAST! and QUICK! for a 4 wheel drive truck!!!
