Hello to All...........Just purchased a 2005 Avalon XLS in Feb. 08. Trpped to Fl. and unbelievable gas mileage! Plus loads of power and drives like a dream. I have the steering noise that is the intermediate steering shaft I have researched. I have owned 2 Cressida's since 1994, the 84 had 150K when I sold it to a person on
ebay. I still have a 1991 that I drive everyday in the summer......130K. Great cars! I do believe that the Cressida's were built better than the Avalon. The Avalon is such a highway cruiser. Look forward to reading the columns on Tundra Solutions. Sferguson42
