Could you clarify which rubbing issue?

Rubbing on an upper control arm can be fixed this way. Keep in mind the upper control arms on the market are for lifted vehicles, and because the position of the joint is changed, camber and caster will change through a different arc than the manufacturer intended. I have not noticed any undue wear in roughly 50K miles, nor have I had any problems with handling with the upper arm replacements. I do use the alignment specifications DJ recommends.

Rubbing on the wheel well or frame will not be changed by an upper control arm.
