I would say to just take it in first- and try to get it covered under the warranty. Print out the TSB and show it to them- to show that it IS a problems that Toyota has identified that needs to be fixed, then take them for a drive to show them that your truck is doing this. Then ask them to cover it under the warranty. If they refuse- then THAT is when you can get upset about it, plead your case, and then tell them that if they don't help you get this problem fixed under your warranty that you will call Toyota and escalate it with their customer relations dept. Like someone else said- dealers to NOT like issues to be escalated up to Toyota. It reflects bad on them, and they are "graded" very highly on cusomter satisfaction.
