I bought an access cover. My reason also was lifetime warranty on everything including the material. I also keep my vehicles a long time. Only use it for towing and going to Arizona in the winter from South Dakota so not too many miles put on my truck. How can you beat lifetime. They are extremely easy to install and very high quality. That's my 2 cents.
