ok, so let me get this right...

1. when we order the chips we must tell them what mods we have
2. the chips will come pre-programed

here is the next part I am unsure of...

since it is programmed is it just a plug in installation or do we need to have it installed by a dealer or need a special computer program?

Sorry you guys are having to spell this out, im illiterate when it comes to this sort of stuff.
