I called as soon as I got home with the truck and had to leave a voicemail for the service manager who dealt with my truck. I didn't receive a call back so i'll give him until sometime Monday before I call again. Depending on what they say I may call Corporate myself and see if they will start a case regarding this or at least see what they say.
