But I want to know for know is the fuel economy of the 145.

All though i believe this belongs on it's own thread . I also looked at buying a Hino before I bought my tundra . I asked many drivers of the older fa and fb Hino's what the mileage is like . I was told any where from 13.5 to 22 MPG . This did not help me at all in deciding . It was seeing what Hino offers in the rest of the world but not here . like a hybrid diesel HINO Australia - Models Hybrid

and a crew cab HINO Australia - Models Crew Cab

or a ISF front end and 6spd auto instead of the 4 we get here .
HINO Australia - Models 300: Product features

I know they are not cab overs here any more and some like that more . But man why do we get the oldest of the old tech from Hino . The hybrid has been out for 2 years now same with the ISF and 6spd auto .

Now that I don't think the tundra will come out with a heavier truck or a Diesel . I hope Hino brings all of there new tech here for us to drive .
