Default Brake Proportioning Valve - Where is it?

I just bought an 05 crew cab limited (w/ VSC/TRAC) and put a lift on it the weekend I got it. This is my 6th Tundra by the way, but first 05, and I don't see the proportioning valve bolted to the rear axle. I already have my bracket and everything I need to relocate it, which I have always done in the past. The mounting point with the 2 threaded holes is on the back of the axle just to the right of the differential just like all my other Tundras, but nothing is bolted to it. Can someone give me some insight on if it is somewhere else or I am missing something?
