I own a 2005 Toyota Sequoia and have the same problem. The rear window will not go down. I took it into the dealer and they said that the rear window motor and the ECU would have to be replaced. The total cost would be $845.00. The breakout of the price is as follows: $323.77 for the motor (part # 85710-00070), $258.06 for the ECU (part # 89222-00020) and $2.56 for two rivets (part number 90269-05035). There would also be 2.0 hours of labor.

Has anyone else been quoted a price this high? Also, does anyone know where I can go to order the parts myself?
