doubt strongly diesel sell's will take off this is not the direction on thing's to come.Personally i don't like Diesel and don't see a point on spending a little more vs gas esp if the saving's takes a wile to add up. Don't get me wrong there is a need for the towing group but it's a small percent of people wanting them.I agree Toyota is late and should have been offered in 2007 but with cafe standards the demand's is changing on requirements.

I Think Toyota sat down and had a meeting about this if i recall from the report's.
