This is sad to see as I am in the market for an FJ. I have an 04 Tundra DoubleCab and an 07 Sequoia that have only suffered minor (normal) chips, especially for living on a gravel road. Hopefully this thread will stay alive to see if the issue improves. I would also expect that having the
running boards would help, any thoughts???
