The V6 uses 2 small cats atached to the exhaust manifolds and 1 large cat after the Y-pipe. The rest of the exhaust may be different downstream too! the V6 model may not include a resonator, just a muffler. You'll have to look under your truck to know for sure. If there is a resonator, it still sould be mounted in the exhaust ahead of the main muffler.
That makes since. So I have four cats total? Cuz that picture duplicates on each side of the engine. manifold, little cat that looks like a little muffler then the cat that has a shroud around it then the y pipe.
