Could it be that the SPG is fooling the nav into thinking that the truck is moving 5mph or something? Does is interfere with the other device? What is the input of Vais?
FYI, I have my aux input wired to the backup camera and the SPG doesn't interfere with that at all. It's wired so that the nav thinks it's in reverse to enable the camera input.
