I have the same problem with paint chipping. I happened to be at the dealer for an oil change and two more FJ Cruisers were in the shop - all three had chips - two were vodoo blue and one was bacl. Mine is vodoo blue but this problem isn't only on the blue. The black was equally as bad. This is beyond the typical stones on the road problem. My dealer was not responsive at all about the problem. The owner of one of the FJ Cruisers there told me to go on line to find the numerous complaints. TOYOTA should have a recall and/or compensate FJ owners. Has anybody heard from TOYOTA on the issue?
