ok, another follow up post. i had a new driveshaft put in a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine. i have started noticing the take off thud and the stopping thud coming back  . it is nothing like what i had before but it is still there. i told them about lubing the slip yoke before they put in the new driveshaft,but they said they will have to try just the driveshaft first to see if it works, and if it doesnt they will have to contact toyota and get another fix. this is starting to get ridiculous with all these little bugs.
