I wonder why it's necessary to disconnect the battery just to unplug the ecu?
I disconnected it when I was soldering connections for my URD chip, but later we unplugged the ecu to double check connections without disconnecting the neg terminal on the batt.
UNA is a pnp, Why would you need to disconnect the batt? Someone help me here. Please don't do this unless it's absolutely certain you don't need to disconnect. By all means, follow the manufacturer's instructions. I'm just always asking why.
