Default Re: Problems with RCD and axle (REAR)

Lil update. Springs came in and I installed them. Install went great very easy everything lined up perfectly.

As far as the problems with the axle and clunking etc... all those problems are gone. No more clunks when letting off the brake at stop lights no more clunk when accelerating from a dead spot. Also I had a problem when hitting the brakes hard the driveshaft would actually come foward and rub on the carrier bearing bracket and make a screeching sound....that noise is now a thing of the past as well. It even rides 100% better as far as pot holes and other divits in the road.

I highly recommend these Alcan springs. The 4'' makes the truck sit perfectly level. Any questions feel free to PM. Thanks again guys.
